Dark Blood 2nd Screening + sequel??

Well we had a second screening of Dark Blood a couple of weeks ago. The movie was shown to members of the Australian Hwa Rang Do Demo Team.
It was a great (long) night, filled with popcorn, wrestling and a touch of alcohol 
Overall the response was a positive one towards the movie, and now we are getting inundated with questions concerning the sequel.
Let me set the record straight here. Charonis and myself are always discussing possible plot lines and outcomes for a sequel. We are interested in doing one.....some day, just not in the very near future. Completing this first film was a massive task undertaken by both of us, and it took a long time since there was basically only 2 of us involved in Post. Obviously we will want to better ourselves tremendously in the sequel, which would entail a lot more people involved, more time, more money, better equipment, better locations etc etc. At this point in time, we are just not prepared to invest that much time and effort into a fan film. Charonis is finishing up Uni, and I have hit the half way mark in my degree. We would not be able to give the love and attention the sequel will need (and deserves).
And we both do not want to do a half assed job if we made another Dark Blood installment. It would have to be better, darker, more intense fight sequences, even more plot driven etc. It is a big ask, and we dont have the resources to tackle it right now.
But who knows what the future holds?
